Terms and Conditions of Hire

Booking Terms and Conditions:

These are the terms and conditions of Booking for Dreams Bouncy Castles. You will be required to sign a copy of our terms and conditions for equipment hire upon delivery of our equipment. A copy can be found on our Website.

You have paid the non refundable deposit and the remaining amount is to paid in cash to the driver upon delivery. Unfortunately, we can not take card payments on the day of delivery.

Please ensure that there is easy access to a clean flat area/lawn. Please also insure that the correct space is allocated. If there is insufficient space, unsuitable area, low ceiling height, unclean lawn etc then Dreams Bouncy Castles reserve the right not to set up our equipment.

Dreams Bouncy Castles reserve the right to cancel at any time for safety reason, eg/ really bad weather or strong winds. In the event that this occurs, Dreams Bouncy Castles will hold the deposit for 3 months to be used against a different date, subject to availability.

Should the client cancel prior to 7 days before the event, no remaining monies shall be due.

Late cancellations less than 7 days before the event full payment will be required.

Hiring Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the person hiring the inflatable equipment to ensure all steps are taken to avoid any injury or damage to the equipment. Please read and adhere to the following safety instructions carefully:

1. Please ensure a responsible adult supervises the equipment at all times.

2. The inflatables must be secured to the ground at all times and must not be moved once installed.

3. All shoes, jewellery, badges etc must be removed before using the equipment to avoid injury to users or equipment. It is recommended that glasses are also removed.

4. No face paint, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string are to be used on or near the equipment.

5. No food, drink or chewing gum is allowed on or near the equipment. This is to avoid the risk of choking, slips or mess.

6. No smoking, barbecues, animals, toys or sharp objects on or near the equipment.

7. Please ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded . There is a recommendation regarding restrictions printed on the equipment. Please ensure this is adhered to. Please avoid large and small children using the equipment at the same time.

8. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls, running from side to side or doing somersaults is dangerous and must not be allowed.

9. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron of the inflatables. The step is to help users to get on and off.

10. Safety mats must remain where they were positioned during installation.

11. If the inflatable has a slide, the safety mat must remain positioned at the bottom of the slide at all times. Slides should be used one at a time with the user in a sitting position, feet first. Do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.

12. Do not allow anyone on the equipment during installation, inflation or deflation.

13. If the inflatables are not being used for any part of the day, please switch off blowers at the mains.

14. In the event of rain, please remove children from the inflatable and place a table or similar object over the blower/s to prevent water from being blown inside the blower. Do not switch the blower off. Once the rain has stopped please ensure the equipment is towel dried to prevent users from slipping over.

15. DO NOT AT ANYTIME COVER THE BLOWER AS TO BLOCK THE VENT. This must be kept clear at all times.

16. Should a blower overheat or stop working, immediately remove the users from the equipment and switch the blower off at the mains. Check that the blow tube or deflation tube hasn't come undone or that the blower has become blocked. Please then contact us for further advice.

17. In the event of sudden strong winds, please remove all users and deflate inflatable. Please then contact us and we will advise.

18. No water or other liquid is to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment as it causes equipment to become slippery and dangerous and can damage the equipment.

19. Should the equipment be deliberately soaked or dirty, the hirer will be charge double the hire fee to cover cleaning costs.

20. On Adult equipment, adults and children must not use the equipment at the same time. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the equipment.

21. Anyone with a history of back or neck problems should not be allowed on the inflatables.
