How Do I Book?

We advise booking via our website due to being able to check immediate availability. We can however take bookings via our facebook page, Instagram page, email or via our contact numbers.

We need the following information when booking:

  1. Your Contact details including contact number and email address
  2. Date of Event
  3. Type of Event
  4. Full address of event including postcode
  5. Start time and if in hall or venue, access time
  6. Collection time

Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?

Yes. To confirm a booking we require a 50% non refundable deposit.

When is the remaining balance due?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, Remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer day before delivery. WE cannot accept card payments or cash on the day of delivery.

What days can I hire a castle?

You can hire one of our castles 7 days a week. We are available all year round however we don't allow outside bookings November - March.

How much notice do I need to give to hire a castle?

The sooner the better to guarantee availability however we can offer on the day. Please call us on 07736065037 / 07885234489

Do you deliver, setup, dismantle and collect the castle?

Yes, one of our trained members of staff will ensure site is safe, will set up equipment and run through safety instructions with hirer.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is free to Ashford and surrounding areas. Please select Postal Code when booking for other areas.

How long does it take to set up?

Each piece of equipment takes approximately 15minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack down but does depend on how accessable site is and what equipment is hired.

How much space is required for an inflatable?

The space required depends on the inflatable hired. Please click on the inflatable on our website for exact measurements and space requirements. Each inflatable requires 2ft either side and if it has a slide requires a 5ft clearance from exit. Please don’t forget to check for things such as overhanging branches, ceiling height, slide clearance.

Where can an inflatable be setup?

Our inflatables can be setup on flat grass or artificial grass. Under current health and safety legislation, we are unable to setup on tarmac, concrete, gravel or bloc paving. This is due to the requirement of 165kg of pressure required on each anchor point. The average castle has 6 anchor points and would therefore require nearly a tonne of sand. The only exception is our softplay setup (not castle) as this can go on tarmac / blockpaving.

How long do I have the inflatable for?

We try not to restrict hire time. Our earliest drop off is 8am and latest collection time is 8pm.

Do you have insurance?

We have up to 5million Public liability insurance. Please not that children must be supervised at all times by the hirer. Please be aware that NO Insurance Company offers protection for 3rd Party users. In other words, you will only be covered on our, or any other hire companies’, policy if we, or they, are supervising the equipment during use, or if we/ they are found to be negligent in our/their duty as a hirer, in a court of law. Any accident will have to have been caused as a direct result of our / their negligence if you choose hire only. Please call for further explanation and evidence.

What happens if it rains?

Most of our inflatables have covers and in the event of rain we ask that a table or something similar is placed over the blower ensuring that the fan itself is not covered.

What about high winds or extreme weather?

We are obliged by Health and Safety to check the weather before setting up an inflatable We will do this by checking with the Met Office. If they are predicting high winds and high gusts then we will unfortunately, be unable to setup the inflatable outside, We will try our hardest to help you find a suitable indoor venue if we can. We will regularly check the weather on the week leading up to your booking date and will liaise with you accordingly. Please check our T&Cs for details on cancellations.
